Corporate College to Offer FANUC Robotic Courses 

The FANUC Certified Education Robot Training Cart (or CERT) is the ideal platform for teaching how to program a real  industry-grade robot, in real time, in a safe and controlled environment. These courses provide hands-on training with  the robot and teach pendant using Roboguide programming software. 

FANUC HandlingTool Operations and Programming course (32 hours) 

Held each year in Spring and Fall from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  

This hands-on course covers the tasks that an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who needs to set up,  record and/or troubleshoot programs on a FANUC Robotics HandlingTool Software Package.

Day 1 

Safety, Robot System, Teach Pendant 

Power Up, Jogging, & Initial Setup, Error and Fault Recovery 

Day 2 

Frames, Motion Program, Motion Instructions 

Copying and Editing Programs, Instructions – Branching 

Day 3 

Instructions – Position Register & Miscellaneous 

Inputs & Outputs 

Day 4 

Macros, Program Adjust 

Program and File Manipulation, Post-Test 

All classes will be held at CF’s Ocala Campus located at 3001 S.W. College Road, Ocala, FL 34474. 

Sam Ajlani is the Program Manager for Engineering and Technology at the College of Central  Florida. Sam has an MSE Engineering Management (Industrial and Systems Engineering) from the  University of Florida. He began his educational career in 2000 and has been the Program Manager at CF  since 2014. In 2017 he was the FLATE Post-Secondary Educator of the Year.
