Tracy Harper, Jr. is currently Vice President of Business Improvement at R+L Global Logistics where he oversees the International forwarding, Customs House Brokerage, and Intermodal divisions as well as leading the Pricing team, Risk and Compliance team, Claims, Carrier Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.
Prior to Tracy’s role at R+L he has spent the last 20 plus years in a variety of industries and as held several roles such as; CEO, EVP E-Commerce, General Manager and CFO. Tracy received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Troy University after serving eight years in the U.S. Air Force.
