A seasoned manufacturing veteran with nearly three decades of expertise, Steve Bagby joined the MRMA Board in late 2025. His 28-year career is defined by a deep specialization in the automotive and marine sectors, having held key leadership roles at iconic brands including Chrysler, AM General, Boston Whaler, and Rivian.  Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing for Monterey and Blackfin Boats, major employers based in Williston, Levy County. His professional foundation includes a Business Management degree from Coastal Carolina University and an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology. A true servant leader, Steve operates on “people-first” principles, dedicated to ensuring every team member feels valued, heard, and respected.
