About Paul McAllister 

Paul McAllister is the Chief Operating Officer at the Winco Division of Champion Manufacturing here in Ocala. 

Paul possesses 30 years of manufacturing experience working in several roles. Before joining Winco, Paul most recently held a Director of Operations position at Envista Corporation and the Danaher Corporation in California. He has worked or advised with a wide scope of companies ranging from large corporate organizations to privately own proprietorships. Most of his time has been split between the high-tech industry and the medical device industries. 

Paul’s career has been highlighted by his extensive practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principals including the Toyota Production System, the Danaher Business System, and the Envista Business System. His knowledge of these disciplines includes multiple lean principles and tools in both the operational and commercial side of business. In addition to this experience, Paul has had leadership involvement with company consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, global supply chain, transportation and logistics, quality management systems, medical devices manufacturing (class 1-3), new product development and project management.
