Brian Bliek is currently the Senior Operations Manager for the CWS (Custom Window Systems) facilities in Ocala and Jacksonville.  He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY.  Brian started his career with Xerox Corporation and transitioned to the building products industry in 2005.  He draws on experience and knowledge in the areas of Process Engineering, Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Leadership Development and has led teams in Florida, Georgia, New York, West Virginia, California, and South Carolina.

Brian is grateful to share life with his amazing wife and 4 grown children.
