Brandon Thompson is an experienced manufacturing professional with proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.  He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management, both from the University of Central Florida.  Over the last 15 years, Brandon has held increasing roles of responsibility across three locations within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.

His experience includes electro-mechanical, infrared sensors, automated circuit card and harness assemblies.  He’s managed program lines in all phases of the production life cycle with a focus on development to production transitions.  Brandon is currently the Lockheed Martin Ocala Site Deputy Director with direct responsibilities over three product lines and all commodity centers.
