Miriam has served on the MRMA Board of Directors since September 2020 and serves on the Marketing Subcommittee.
With an MBA in Organizational Development and Entrepreneurship and a BS in Economics, Miriam enjoys seeing the big picture, sharing that vision, and building processes and culture to leverage organizational alignment and set up her people for success.
As a former Management Consultant, she oversaw the strategic development of many new start-ups, coached new leaders to identify and grow their personal-, and their company’s- biggest strengths, offered ways to build overall reporting structures, scorecards, and round out their teams to build complementary competencies.
With a background in product development and risk management, Miriam has a proven track record of being able to see and articulate the high-level functions and drilling down to the front-line of an organization to design quality into the processes and products, while managing costs and risks appropriately. She believes that “A rising tide lifts all boats” and works hard to ensure her teams know how much their contributions impact the company and its customers.
In her spare time, Miriam is a mom of two and teaches Parent Encouragement Program classes. She is involved in building and supporting ShareMyJourney.org, an online community and support network that was instrumental in helping thousands of people and companies with various professional and personal development needs worldwide through the pandemic and beyond.
